Terms & Conditions

1. The Sale from the Proposed Lead is NOT accepted as Referral if:
  • the Sales was from an existing customer of Incognitopros LLC at the time of the referral by Referral Partner;
  • Incognitopros LLC was already involved in discussions relating to services to the Proposed Lead at the time of the referral to Incognitopros LLC;
  • the Proposed Lead had previously been referred to Incognitopros LLC by Referral Partner or by any other third party;
  • the Proposed Lead (a) does not meet Incognitopros LLC’s credit requirements, (b) is on a list of restricted or prohibited parties issued by the government of the United States or any other jurisdiction, or (c) is located in a country that is subject to a United States trade embargo or that is deemed a terrorist-supporting country by the United States Government; or
  • the Proposed Lead is located in an area in which Incognitopros LLC has an exclusive arrangement for the sale of services or which Incognitopros LLC is otherwise prohibited by agreement or law from accepting.
  • Affiliate commission is available for each Incognitopros LLC Contract (“Win”) that results in a Sale from using the Affiliate link. When an Accepted Deal starts a Incognitopros LLC service within 90 days of the Proposed Lead being Accepted by Incognitopros LLC

2. Referral fees: 15% of the Marketing Services Sale collected for 12 months until the Referred Client is a continuous paying client with Incognitopros LLC for 12 months.

3. The Affiliate Partner is not entitled to any commission, if the Referred Client stops and restarts the service, with or without the knowledge of the Affiliate Partner.
4. Any refunds/cancellations issued to the Referred Client will not be applied or subsequently deducted from the Affiliate commission.
5. This Affiliate link shall automatically terminate in the event that Affiliate Partner has not submitted a Proposed Lead or if the Affiliate link has not resulted in a Sale for twelve (12) consecutive months
6. The Affiliate Partner’s use of any corporate, business, or personal name, any signature, monogram, logo, trademark, service mark, or trade name (a “Mark”) related to Incognitopros LLC or InvisiblePPC shall be approved in advanced by Incognitopros LLC
7. Incognitopros LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any given time.
